For a long time, I was an expert on what other people want. If there had been a title for it, I would have successfully completed the “Master of being Everybody’s Darling” back then. The main module: constantly paying attention to the opinions and needs of everyone and everything – except me. And the result? I led a life that was more suited to Grandma Hildegard next door than to me ❌
Then came yoga, meditation, my yoga teacher training and a degree in psychology. And finally the courage and inner strength to do MY thing, to stand up for myself and to say “no” sometimes. And I would now like to pass this superpower on to you 🤟🏼
As a psychologist by training, I will accompany you on your path to your authentic self. My approach integrates psychological methods with yoga philosophy to facilitate holistic change – away from self-doubt and self-determination towards self-confidence and your courageous, authentic life.
We work intensively on 4 core areas that form the foundation for your courageous self. Using a combination of psychological techniques and yoga philosophy, we work on teasing out your inner rebel, strengthening you and boosting your self-confidence – so that you can boldly go out with what YOU feel from your heart 💛

Or choose a session based on “Therapeutic Method Training.” This approach was developed specifically for gifted individuals and is based on many years of data from the Gifted Institute’s therapeutic work. You can find out more about the institute here.
The method is based on questionnaires that cover your perception and well-being—and look at so-called overexcitabilities. This means that certain aspects, such as cognitive or motor stimuli, are often perceived more intensely by gifted individuals than by others. This explains why their world is sometimes so much more intense in general. I completed the training directly at the institute and am certified in the method.
Incidentally, in my opinion, the approach is not only useful for gifted people. Due to its open and holistic nature, it can be helpful for everyone.
