For a long time, I was an expert on what other people want. If there had been a title for it, I would have successfully completed the “Master of being Everybody’s Darling” back then. The main module: constantly paying attention to the opinions and needs of everyone and everything – except me. And the result? I led a life that was more suited to Grandma Hildegard next door than to me ❌
Then came yoga, meditation, my yoga teacher training and a degree in psychology. And finally the courage and inner strength to do MY thing, to stand up for myself and to say “no” sometimes. And I would now like to pass this superpower on to you 🤟🏼
As a psychologist by training, I will accompany you on your path to your authentic self. My approach integrates psychological methods with yoga philosophy to facilitate holistic change – away from self-doubt and self-determination towards self-confidence and your courageous, authentic life.

With me, you’ll get the full power of psychology, giftedness, and nervous system work—plus a healthy dose of “cheering you on and giving you all the encouragement possible!”. With this support, you’re not just getting me as a psychologist—and all my knowledge and tools—but also your very own personal cheerleader, who’ll guide you through the sometimes very slow-moving and challenging daily life of a self-employed person. Daily encouragement and support included… All of this is designed to help you experience noticeable changes quickly. We can discuss more specific details—such as the number of sessions, what else is included, how the process works, and any other questions you may have—during a free call.

With meditation sessions, visualisations and impulses from yoga philosophy that are individually tailored to the topics in the programme, as well as everyday impulses that help you to courageously walk your path every day.
